The new HaeDanPa.com Package Card Design

HaeDanPa.com is designed to place focus on the packages listed by Hotels using the platform ― making it quick and straightforward for users to find the accommodation or space they are looking for. To further improve the accommodation search experience, we’ve been working on redesigning the package card. The goal is place more visibility on certain important information which users need to make decisions faster when browsing through the listings.

HaeDanPa.com Old VS New Package Card The new design touches three key sections and we are very excited to share with you. Note that, we continue to listen to users’ feedback to further improve on very important things like accessibility and user experience.

1. Wider cover image

The cover image is one of the first things a user might see when looking at a listing. It provides a picture how the room or space looks like and has a huge influence on a user’s first impression of a listing. The padding around the image is now removed to allow more real estate ― making the cover image a little bigger and more visible.

2. More focus on the business behind the listing

Since packages on HaeDanPa.com are listed and managed by those hotels, guest houses and lodges themselves, users are assured the information provided are genuine and more reliable. With the new design, guests can quickly see the profile picture or logo and name of the business to factor it in their decision making process. Clicking on the profile picture or name will send the user to the the hotel’s profile page where he/she can see all packages listed by that hotel.

3. Charge price is larger and more visible

When budgeting for a trip, cost is a very important factor to consider. The new design enlarges the charge price to be slightly bigger and thus immediately visible to users when browsing through the listings.

We hope you like the new card design and appreciate the thought process that went into it. More work is being done to improve on the overall user experience and accessibility and we’ll hopefully announce something soon.
