Announcing The New Support Page Redesign
The support page in HaeDanPa Suite console has for a while, in our minds, needed a major overhaul in design and functionality. This is particularly important since we want customers to easily get help or support from us whenever they need to. With this in mind, we are happy to share with you the redesigned support page.
We wanted to enable users to easily (1) get access to useful support resources themselves right way and (2) contact us using any of our contact channels, whichever is more convenient for them. Now on the support page, users will be able to send us their feedback and access links to helpful resources/information about HaeDanPa Suite.
At the bottom part of the support page is our contact information, as well as, the option to chat with us through WhatsApp or Messenger.
